01. Who we are

ZURO GO d.o.o., Belgrade, is the controller of the personal data processed through the platform.

Account details, order and address information, the courier’s real-time location during an active order, and pick-up/delivery photos.

To match clients with couriers, fulfil and track orders, process payments, and provide support.

Order details are shared between the client and the assigned courier to complete the delivery. Card payments are processed by PayPal.

We keep data only as long as needed for the service and our legal obligations.

Under the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and the GDPR you may access, correct or delete your data and contact us about its use.
