What can I send through ZURO GO? +
Almost anything that fits in a courier bag or a car — documents, keys, a phone, parcels, cakes, flowers, medicine, spare parts. We do not carry prohibited substances, live animals or unpackaged fragile items.
Can the assistant buy something on my behalf? +
Yes. Describe what to buy and at which shop — the assistant pays at the point of purchase and delivers with a receipt. You reimburse the cost on delivery.
Can the assistant drop my car at a service centre or car wash? +
Yes. Describe the task in the app — the assistant picks up the car, completes the drop-off and returns it as agreed. We confirm feasibility before dispatch.

How do I pay? +
By card via PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex) in the app, or cash to the courier on pick-up. Business clients can switch to monthly invoicing.

Yes, ZURO GO operates every day including weekends and public holidays. Assistant availability may vary at peak times, but the platform is always active.
I installed the app — why don’t push notifications arrive on Android? +
Some Android brands (Honor/Huawei, Xiaomi, Samsung) restrict background activity by default and silently throttle pushes. Follow the one-time per-brand setup at zurogo.com/install#notifications and the issue goes away.

ZURO GO is an on-demand city assistant service operating within Belgrade. Not a food-delivery app, not a parcel logistics company. A trained, trusted person you send wherever you would go yourself but cannot: carrying documents between offices, collecting a forgotten item, dropping a car at the service centre or car wash, buying a specific product at a specific shop and delivering it with a receipt, bringing a gift with photo confirmation.
